It has even become common practice among some estimating auditing services to have a mold protocol before reviewing mold estimates. Having mold protocols and pre-testing done also protect you from liability. Pre or Post Sampling: $315 (Includes first interior sample, $85 for each additional sample

Mold Protocol: $635 (Includes the first 2 samples and a detailed report of all findings, readings, recommendations etc. $85 for each additional sample)
