Atlanta Mold and Environmental offers a wide array of services to meet all customer needs.
Mold Consultation
One of our mold inspectors will visit the property and inspect for visible signs of microbial growth. After a discussion with the property owner we will determine possible sources of water intrusion, mold growth and any recommendations we propose. All observations and recommendations will also be written up for review.
Price: $175
Mold Sampling
One of our certified mold inspectors will perform a thorough inspection of the property and take samples of areas of concern noted during the inspection. This may include air and/or tape lift samples. How many and what type of samples to be taken will be determined by the inspector on site based on the inspection. The samples are then shipped to a laboratory for analysis. Once a mold detail sheet is compiled by the lab, our inspector will send the report along with a letter of inspection findings to the homeowner, call to discuss the findings, and give any recommendations.
Price: $315 for the first interior sample. $85 for each additional sample.
Mold Report
The Mold Report is our most extensive in depth service. This includes a full multi-point inspection of the entire property for signs of water intrusion and sources for mold growth. A full review of all building components related to possible mold growth will be inspected and signs of failure or damage will be noted for recommendations. Detailed notes, photos and mold samples are compiled and input into a multi-page report. This service is perfect for anyone looking to buy a home, mold remediation contractors who need a scope of work or realtors trying to determine the extent of mold in a prospective home.
Price: $635; Price includes first two interior samples. $85 for each additional sample.
