From the very first phone call to the final mold testing results, he truly listened to my concerns and educated me every step of the way. I’m renting and felt that the remediation had not been done properly, and Reggie took that seriously and treated my concerns with real care and respect. When he came to do the mold testing, it was immediately clear how knowledgeable and experienced he is. He knew exactly what to do, and we ended up finding even more mold than what I was originally worried about. He was honest, thorough, and even made sure I wasn’t spending money on unnecessary samples. When the results came in and turned out to be more severe than expected, Reggie called me to walk through what they meant, why this was not a minor issue, and what steps I needed to take to get my belongings out safely. We discovered mold in our basement and atlanta mold came and completed mold treatment and remediation ..Not only did we notice the difference in the air with in 24 hrs the wet damp smell disappeared.
